The ImageMagick convert command uses this general syntax: convert If scale is greater than 1, then B is larger than A. If scale is between 0 and 1, then B is smaller than A. If A has more than two dimensions, then imresize only resizes the first two dimensions. The input image A can be a grayscale, RGB, binary, or categorical image. You can also make a conversion using other length units, e.g., convert pixel to cm: 1 pixel 0.026 cm. B imresize (A,scale) returns image B that is scale times the size of image A. ImageMagick is a full suite of tools, one of the most common is the convert command. You need to know only one value that is used in the px to inches converter PPI.
